Has anyone tried the coloring books for adults? The claim is "adult coloring" is therapeutic, generates mindfulness, reduces stress and has the same benefits as meditation. I ran across Colour Me Classical today. It comes with 2 CD's of relaxing music to listen to as you color. The accompanying cd's have a great range of music from Bach to Yiruma.
